Services

BWS provides personal credit repair, business credit building, and business funding consulting services on a tiered and/or performance-based fee structure as outlined in your service agreement.

No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently on your behalf, credit repair and funding outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to credit bureau responses, furnisher cooperation, and individual credit history. We do not guarantee specific results, score increases, or funding approval.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, truthful information and to cooperate throughout the service process, including timely response to requests for documentation.

Payment Terms

Fees are due as outlined in your individual service agreement. Performance-based funding fees are only assessed upon successful funding outcomes, as detailed in your contract.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel services in accordance with the terms specified in their individual service agreement and applicable law, including your right to cancel under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) within the required timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

BWS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where BWS operates.
